Lectures around Australia
Here are the recording and slides I used at a talk in Darwin on 5 September 2017, upon invitation from AIRAH (Australian Institute for Refrigeration, Air-conditioning and Heating). Similar talks have been given to AIRAH at Sydney and Brisbane, the Australian Institute of Architects (Tasmania) at Launceston and Hobart, and the Jena Dyco Restoration Conference & Indoor Air Quality Association of Australia (IAQAA) at Melbourne.
One of the fridgies asked me if condensation & mould was as bad as asbestos. I reckon it’s at least as widespread, and possibly more serious. You could leave asbestos untouched and those fibers would not trouble you, but you simply can’t leave condensation unaddressed.
